The apartment is available throughout the year except for the week of the Open Championship in 2008 when a special rate applies.

The apartment is normally let either on a weekend basis (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights) or on a midweek basis (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights).

November - February (Excluding School Holidays)
£175 per letting

March, April, September and October (Excluding School Holidays)
£225 per letting

May, June, July, August and all other School Holidays
£260 per letting
