Located on the first floor of a former large Victorian Semi-detached house, it consists of three bedrooms, a lounge, a bathroom, and a dining / kitchen room.

The entrance hall and stairs lead you to the first floor where the two double bedrooms can be set up as either twin or double rooms. The smaller single bedroom has bunk beds installed. Additional sleeping accommodation can be provided by a sofa bed in the lounge or pull out beds which could be located in one of the double bedrooms or in the dining/kitchen room.

The kitchen is well stocked with a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a double electric oven, a gas hob, a dishwasher, and much cupboard space. A professional style food mixer and weighing scales are available if you intend to do much cooking in the apartment.

Located at the rear of the premises is a superb secret garden which affords a high level of privacy. The summer house provides a great location to enjoy sun bathing and a BBQ is available should you wish to eat alfresco.
